When i tried with LinkKitchn tool, the following error is persistently occuring even for the basic tutorial data. What may be the possible reason?
Error message:
WEAP.Branch.StartupYear ..this branch is active in the current accounts. If you wish to set the startup year after the base year, you must first use in the branch . Active in currents accounts property to set the branch not active in the current accounts... I tried for different datasets, but the error persists and cannot proceed further. How to reticfy?

I'm afraid my colleagues and I don't have experience with the LinkKitchn tool. But, Pedro Sanzana and his group created a GRASS GIS plugin that generates the linkage file as well and it is pretty powerful. We might recommend it: https://github.com/ftucl/geolinkage.
